Howdy y’all and welcome to the world of Able & Baker Studio! We are a printmaking studio in San Francisco, California. We are dedicated to the art and craft of innovative, environmentally safer, and non-toxic printmaking. We specialize in etching, lithography, and screen printing for both commissioned and personal projects. Along with traditional printmaking, we make handmade paper, made-to-order piñatas, reusable bar coasters made of recycled beer and wine boxes, and custom wallpaper and fabric. We also hand sew bags, pillows, and handkerchiefs made of old sailboat sails and leftovers from textile manufacturers.
We believe in creating high-quality hand-crafted niche products. Able & Baker utilizes sustainable practices and uses planet-friendly materials and chemicals (even down to the process). Also, we try to use recycled textiles whenever possible.
