    Studio Rentals
    Able & Baker Studio is available for rent as an event or studio space. Our 1800 sq. ft. loft, located on a bright corner in the Mission District of San Francisco, offers a comfortable and unique space to host your next party, meeting, art show, etc. The large open space gets lots of light and can also be used for photography shoots. Our private and secure studio has tall ceilings, sprawling wall space, a lounge area, kitchenette, and bathroom. With our Epson projector, we are also a great place for film screenings, powerpoint presentations, or to watch any sporting event. If you are looking in San Francisco for a unique special event venue, please contact us. Some past events have included the Yes Yes Yes Magazine Release Party, live music, performance art pieces, yoga classes, and company meetings.

    Catering
    You are allowed to bring in your own catering and alcohol. However, the sale of alcohol is not permitted. You will also need to provide whatever additional tables, chairs, linens and tableware you require.

    Clean Up
    Anything brought in for your event must also be removed at the end of your event. You are required to remove all trash and decorations. Pick ups should be scheduled for the same evening or possibly the following day.

    Getting Here
    Parking is best after normal business hours and on weekends when the street parking is ample and free. Also, our studio is located just three blocks away from the 16th St. Mission Bart Station.
